I went in to cancel my internet because I'm getting faster, cheaper service through Fios. The gentleman that was working there argued with me the whole time about the speed and price of Fios and told me repeatedly that I would be back. This is exactly the kind of awful customer service I've grown to expect from Spectrum, which is the primary reason that I switched to Fios now that it is available in my area. Spectrum needs to do better all around. And before anyone from Spectrum bothers to respond, save your breath. I don't care about a meaningless apology after the fact. Every interaction I've ever had with anyone from Spectrum has been negative, and I'm not going to be gaslit by Spectrum employees telling me what my bill is or what the actual service speeds are. I know what I'm paying and I tested my speed on both services. Fios is cheaper and faster, and their employees are pleasant to deal with.

Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I arrived as the only customer waiting in the store and checked in, even stating that I was a new customer. Two employees walked to the back while the remaining associates were occupied with other customers, leaving no one available to acknowledge or assist me. I was only there to return equipment on someone else’s behalf. This should have been a quick and simple transaction, yet I waited approximately 45 minutes with no other customers waiting in line. When an associate finally came out, I provided the equipment and explained that all the required information was inside the bag. Instead of reviewing the information or offering assistance, he abruptly and rudely stated that he would not accept it and that I would have to wait. The entire experience showed a complete lack of urgency, communication, and basic customer service. Waiting 45 minutes for a simple equipment return and then being treated dismissively is unacceptable. Customers deserve to be acknowledged, respected, and assisted in a timely and professional manner.

I don't have any complaints when it comes to visiting the store in Nisky. The employees were friendly, helpful and understanding of our problems. Luckily for us they were able to fix our problems and adjust our account accordingly. Thank you guys!

Nothing but wonderful things to say about Krystal at the Niskayuna branch. She went above and beyond helping us deal with a situation. She dedicated a lot of her time to us over the course of three days. She was able to help resolve and secure the issues we were having. We are so grateful to her for her help, kindness and support. Definitely an above par manager. Highly recommend Krystal who offers stellar customer service.

Went in to change an account from my Mother who passed to my fathers name. Marian S helped me and she was absolutely incredible!!! Very patient with me and showed empathy. Her customer service skills are top notch. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank You!
